Bough Beech Reservoir, 15:45 to 18:00, did a count of every species today
8 Greylag Goose, 9 Canada Goose, 3 Mallard, 2 Tufted Duck, 1 Pheasant, 3 Great Crested Grebe, 3 Cormorant, 2 Grey Heron, 1 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 1 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 7 Common Tern, 5 Wood Pigeon, 3 Swallow, 1 Pied Wagtail, 1 Wren, 1 Song Thrush, 1 Reed Warbler (singing and seen near the oust house next to the river in the reeds), 1 Garden Warbler, 1 Whitethroat, 6 Blue Tit (+, all young looked like they had recently fledged), 1 Jackdaw, 2 Carrion Crow, 1 House Sparrow, 1 Goldfinch, 2 Linnet, 1 Reed Bunting [Jack Headley]
